Partners Henry Beer and Richard Foy founded Communication Arts in 1973. Janet Martin, Managing Partner, joined the firm in 1977. Communication Arts, under the direction of Henry Beer and Project Manager Margaret Sewell, has created inviting, European-inspired streetscape designs for Vail Square. These streetscape designs include signage, lighting and decorative elements that will help create a vibrant and exciting atmosphere for shopping and dining.  The 60+ employees of Communication Arts have created many successful resort and retail branding/identity programs, environmental graphics, and architectural design for such diverse projects as Madison Square Garden in New York City and the Park Meadows Mall in Denver.
